Legislation, Senate business and other public acts have separate classifications. The archive does not invent a complete Senate census, lost ballot tables, minutes or statutory clauses.
Year files and biographies are retrospective. The month selector narrows public activities, recurring observances and the campaign atlas; it does not turn every annual record into contemporary knowledge.
Regime changes, replacements and disputed powers are described through the annual evidence. The site is not a simulation of a single unchanging constitution.
